SHIPPING TIMES

Most of our items ship with our Standard shipping.  Please note that to bring you the great value prices we feature on our store we ship from suppliers overseas.

Accordingly, for promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping items, please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery unless 

otherwise stated on the product sales page.

In the case that a supplier is in the USA, we strive to ship domestic inventory next business day and typical USPS shipping times are from 2 to 7 days.


Refund and Returns Policy for Faithful Expressions, a brand of Sun Bubbles Publishing LLC a registered LLC in the state of Wisconsin.

This refund and returns policy applies to all purchases made from the the Faithful Expressions Online Store located at https://faithful.myecomshop.com/

Faithful Expressions Store does not issue refunds but under certain circumstances will issue a replacement item or issue store credit. Please choose your items carefully before you make a purchase.

Items Not Received:

All items are issued with a tracking number and mailed through the Epacket or USPS system. We do not accept responsibility for errors made by customers when they provide incorrect shipping details or if a customer misses parcel deliveries made by the USPS service. If you are worried about your parcel getting lost in the postal system we suggest you contact us to arrange for insurance on your item and priority shipping before we process your order.

Items considered  " Not As Described" by Customer:

We endeavor to accurately illustrate all items for sale in our store with clear descriptions and photographs of each item.

Should you consider that an item you order from our store is received "not as described" and tell to us the reasons why you think this is so, if we agree we will issue you  with store credit to the value of your item plus any shipping costs associated with the original order. This issue of store credit is also dependent on you returning the 'not as described' item(s) back to us. Items must be returned at your own expense to our Post Office Box detailed below. You must do this within 10 days of receiving your delivered items.You will need to supply a tracking number as proof of return. Please retain this tracking number as your own proof that we received the returned item. 

Items Received Damaged:

We do not accept claims for damaged goods if you fail to email us to tell us about it within 3 days of receiving them . 

Although rare, should  your item arrive damaged or broken our policy is that you can:

1. Email us within three days of receiving your purchase to  the email address at the end of this page and inform us of your claim. You must then send the damaged  item back  to us at your own expense to our Post Office Box detailed below. You must return the damaged item to us within 10 days of receiving your it. You will need to supply a tracking number  as proof of return. Please retain this as your own proof that we also received the returned item. 

2. Alternatively you can email our customer support within 3 days of receiving your damaged item via the email address below with a photograph(s) that clearly show the damage done to the item.

Once we receive your returned item or proof of damage via email as described above,  we will replace it with a new identical item from our stock and mail it back to you with a USPS tracking number. If your item is no longer in stock we will issue you with store credit to the value of the item purchase price plus any shipping costs paid by you on the original order.

By purchasing through the Faithful Expressions Store you acknowledge that any disputes arising out of this refunds and returns policy will be dealt with in the State of Wisconsin under the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Returns and Refunds policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to this Returns and Refunds policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
